Cancellation Policy

I understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment. However, I ask that you get in contact with me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. Please call or email me as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment so that I may attempt to schedule and service another client.

When you book an appointment with me, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in my cancellation policy will allow me to allocate this space to someone else. If you are running late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has booked after you. I allow up to a 15 minute grace period, as I understand circumstances may arise.

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment and fail to give me 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to no longer accept your appointment.
  • Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment. This charge may be waived at my discretion depending on the situation.
  • Last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved appointment. This charge may be waived at my discretion depending on the situation.
